Healthy Hips & Hearts*
Exercise based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair.
Wednesdays and Fridays at 1.30pm

Aa a safe community group we use creative tools (writing, drawing, sticking...) to help you unpack your story and own it. We help to bring healing where it is needed and cultivate a sense of gratitude for what we are receiving. Beyond that we have become a community who, by sharing our story and life-journey, are seeking to bring peace to ourselves and our relationships with others, as we support each other on our spiritual journey.

In need of a listening ear or a friendly company? We have a team of volunteers waiting to provide just that. Once our cafe is up and running again, a member of our Listening Team will be floating in the Cafe for anyone who may be looking for a friendly face and open ears to sit down alongside.
Buddy Walking Service

Linked to our Response Hub activities, the Buddy Walking service offers an opportunity for a bit of companionship whilst getting some gentle exercise (Social distancing will be maintained to ensure everyone is Covid-safe!) More details to follow as the activity goes live...

Exploring the positive impact of exercise on health & wellbeing, along with practical examples of exercises and relaxation techniques to help with stress busting.

Stretch & Tone plus Callanetics*
This is a whole body toning class which promotes strength, flexibility and overall fitness. This class is suitable for all abilities, all ages and anyone can join at any time!

Boxing for Fitness*
(Women only class) Learn to punch properly and complete combinations of punches on pads. The class will also have circuits with weights and just the body- STRENGTHENING all the major muscle groups. AMAZING for burning CALORIES and relieving STRESS!

Pilates can help tone, sculpt, strengthen, increase lung capacity but most of all will strengthen your core muscles to help with every day and sporting movements. Everyone welcome!
