Healthy Hips & Hearts


Exercise based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair.
  • Wednesdays at 11am and Fridays at 1.30pm

A Heart to Listen (formally journaling)

This group is a safe place to share our story and own it. As a group we endeavour to offer quality listening to each other in order to bring healing where it's needed. Our aim, as always, is to love ourselves better in order to love others better. Currently using  Kristin Neff's book: Self Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself to support our discussion and help us in our journey.

Chat & Craft


No experience or creativity needed— just turn up with your curiosity and a willingness to try! This is a relaxed and supportive space in which to enjoy simple crafts alongside a hot drink.

Pilates with Claire H

Relieve stress & tension, improve posture & strength, and increase your flexibility & balance. Friendly and encouraging teacher, small  class size! 

  • Mondays 6.30pm and 7.45pm

Kettlebell Strength & Cardio Classes


Kettlebell weights offer a brilliant full body workout, helping to build your strength whilst also improving cardio fitness - you'll be full of endorphins and happily tired by the end! This is the perfect class if you'd like to add some strength training into your week, but don't like going to the gym. All abilities welcome, even if you've never seen a kettlebell before! Bex is also qualified for pre and post natal fitness so can modify exercises accordingly. Weights provided, just bring some water!

Strength & Cardio for Older Adults

Join us for an exercise class using body weight & kettlebells to help build strength and improve cardio fitness. A friendly class aimed at the over 60s, suited to all abilities- beginners welcome!

Move it with Bec

Fun HIIT class for post-partum mums & babies, and mums with preschoolers. Bec is a qualified pre & post partum instructor, she will expertly guide you back into fitness in a safe, comfortable and FUN environment. (Held at our Hale Rd church building)

  • Fridays 9.30am (Mummy & Preschooler), 10.30am (Mummy and Baby)
  • £9 a session for a 5 class block (£12 PAYG)

Stretch & Tone plus Callanetics

This is a whole body toning class which promotes strength, flexibility and overall fitness. This class is suitable for all abilities, all ages and anyone can join at any time!

The Bread and Butter Thing


This great initiative is now working directly out of the Hub each Tuesday afternoon. Coordinating surplus food from supermarkets, food factories and farms, TBBT can provide members with £35 worth of good quality food for just £8.50 a week for families, £5 a single household. Your bag varies by week, but will include fruit & veg, chilled goods and cupboard staples, and is always a brilliant way to save money on a source of healthy, varied foods alongside reducing food waste and .
  • Collect from the Hub at 2.30pm each Tuesday.
  • It's open to all, and super easy to sign up.
