We have launched a brand new online service in September 2020 called Kickstart, which as its name suggests intends to 'kickstart' people’s lives again. These are weekly sessions held remotely in bitesize sessions. Kick Start opens up conversations about the challenges people are facing and gives practical tips on how to overcome these. Sessions cover topics such as anxiety and worry, lifting financial pressure, handling habits and more. The sessions contain a mixture of short videos and various practical group activities, designed to bring people into community and friendship groups, alleviating the pressures that people are feeling so acutely, especially at this time.
