Hi, I’m Lucy, the WorkWell Key Worker based at The Hub. I joined in April 2025 and offer holistic, friendly support to people facing health-related barriers to work. Whether you need advice, signposting to other services, help with CVs, or a realistic back-to-work plan, I’m here to help.

The Hub is such a warm and welcoming place, and I feel lucky to be part of the team. Outside of work, I enjoy a fun, busy life with my family and friends — and I love going to see live music whenever I can.
