Hi, I’m Carl, and I’m part of the Changing Futures team in Trafford. I bring a calm head, a sharp wit, and a genuine love for collaboration — especially with my brilliant teammates. I’m passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and approach my work with care and commitment.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me in my garden — my sanctuary and the one thing I couldn’t live without (well, that and my phone). If I could have any superpower, it would be to grow peonies in winter — because why should beauty be seasonal? My go-to karaoke songs are anything by The Beatles, and the best piece of advice I’ve ever been given — and try to follow — is simple: avoid trouble.
