Jenny 

Hi, I’m Jenny, Operations Leader here at Altrincham Baptist Church and The Hub. My role is all about putting our vision — to be disciples, make disciples, and reveal the Kingdom of God — into action in practical ways. I help make sure our spaces are safe, welcoming, and running smoothly, overseeing buildings, daily operations, and compliance. A big part of what I do is supporting our amazing staff and volunteers.

Before this role, I spent 18 years as a Food and Nutrition Teacher, and I still love serving the community in hands-on ways — whether that’s managing IT, creating social media content, or helping people feel at home.

Beyond ABC & The Hub, you’ll usually find me with my young family or in my happy place — the kitchen! I also volunteer by overseeing the worship ministry at church, and my husband and I lead a Small Group in our home each week.

If I could have any superpower, it would definitely be teleportation, so I could visit my family in Ireland more often. My go-to karaoke songs are Defying Gravity from Wicked or Pink Pony Club by Chappell Roan, and if I were a crayon, I’d be magenta — bright, bold, and my favourite colour.

My favourite part about working here? The amazing people — and the flexibility that lets me be ‘mum’ too.
