University of the Third Age
IT, Book Club, Bridge, Science, Table Tennis, Recreational Painting, Ukulele. Membership required (£15 per year). Contact U3A secretary Paul on 928 3200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
A fortnightly informal meet-up. Have tea or coffee and cake for £2.
2nd & 4th Tuesdays between 10am – 12 noon.

Knit & Natter
Come and spend a relaxing afternoon knitting, meeting new people, and having a natter!
Every Thursday between 2pm – 4pm
Healthy Hips & Hearts
Exercise based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair.
When: Wednesdays & Fridays at 1.30pm (1 hour class)
Cost: £1 (includes a cup of tea or coffee after the sessison)
