Pilates can help tone, sculpt, strengthen, increase lung capacity but most of all will strengthen your core muscles to help with every day and sporting movements. Everyone welcome!

Healthy Hips & Hearts
Exercise based on and around a chair. It will help you with normal day-to-day activities such as shopping, walking, getting in and out of a chair.

When: Wednesdays and Fridays at 1.30pm
Cost: £1 (includes a cup of tea or coffee after the sessison)
